C.H.A.N.G.E.S. is a program that is meant to help consumers understand their electric and gas bills. Reading and understanding your bill can be confusing. We can show you how to read your bill and give you tips on conserving energy, which helps lower your bill. We offer workshops that can help you save money on your bills and help you understand them. Our workshop topics include: understanding your bill, safety, level pay plan, energy conservation, CARE and FERA, and avoiding disconnection/payment options/billing options. We have two special topic workshops: one on third party gas companies and other on what happens to your CARE discount when you use too much energy.
